The Edible Project
Rebuilding the connection between youth, food, and the land.
The Edible Project is a farm-to-plate program dedicated to reviving organic farming knowledge in an urban context. Youth don’t just grow food — they learn how food systems work, why they matter, and how to produce healthy food sustainably.
Through community market gardens, training cycles, and practical exposure, participants gain:
- Organic farming and soil regeneration skills
- Crop Planning and Marketing
- Entrepreneurial and agri-business readiness
